12+ years experience in Wireless Telecom domain. Adequate experience in defining technology/product roadmaps. Hands-on experience in end to end product life cycle from product conceptualization to product realization, with a clear understanding of business requirements. Sufficient exposure to hardware with ability to read data sheets essential. Should have hands-on experience in performance analysis, MIPS ? Memory Optimization in the handset domain. System know-how on Wireless Telecom Systems (2G / 3G / HSxPA / LTE)
